Data Deletion
Effective: July 9, 2026
Content Nexa lets you delete everything we store about you — including OAuth tokens, connected accounts, posts, schedules, CRM records, emails, and analytics — at any time.
Option 1 — Self-serve in the app
- Sign in at contentnexa.com.
- Go to Accounts and click Disconnect on each connected social or email account. This revokes the OAuth token and removes the platform's cached data.
- Go to Profile → Delete account to permanently remove your user, workspaces you own, content, connections, and analytics.
Option 2 — Email request
Email privacy@contentnexa.com from the address tied to your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) users
To remove only Meta platform data without deleting your Content Nexa account:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Remove Content Nexa. Facebook notifies us and we delete the associated tokens, page IDs, and cached metadata within 30 days.
What is deleted
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for every connected platform.
- Connected account identifiers and metadata.
- Scheduled and published posts, campaigns, and drafts.
- CRM contacts, deals, and lead records you own.
- Email Hub messages, threads, and attachments cached from connected mailboxes.
- AI-generated outputs stored in your workspace.
- Analytics aggregates tied to your account.
- Profile and authentication records.
We may retain minimal billing, tax, or legal records where retention is required by law.
