2. The service
Content Nexa schedules and publishes content to third-party social platforms you explicitly connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, illegal content, malware, or violation of platform policies (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit it solely to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
